В Великобритании создали новый индекс в сфере ипотечных кредитов и недвижимости
Новый индекс получил название Complex Buy to Let Index. Для его расчета будут использоваться как объективные данные о рынке недвижимости на Туманном Альбионе, так и размер уже выданных кредитов и условия их выплаты.
Дэвид Уиттейкер, один из отцов нового индекса, пояснил, что необходимо это новшество для клиентов компании, которые стремятся сами разобраться в ипотечном рынке страны. Информация, предоставляемая другими брокерами, чересчур общая и не способна помочь конкретному человеку при совершении конкретной сделки.
Сам индекс будет публиковаться один раз в три месяца. Один уже был опубликован, а его главный вывод – выгоднее сдавать дома сразу нескольким съемщикам, а не отдельным семьям или гражданам.

В 2011 году зафиксирован рост пожаров в квартирах украинцев
Об этом сегодня, заявила начальник пресс-службы Государственной инспекции техногенной безопасности Украины, подполковник службы гражданской защиты Валентина Шаповалова.
"Сейчас зарегистрировано 32 тыс. 462 пожара, причинивших материальных потерь свыше 1,5 млрд грн. В результате пожаров погибло 1624 человека, 63 ребенка (что почти на 50% больше, чем за аналогичный период прошлого года). Из пожаров удалось спасти 2098 человек", - добавила она.
